Industrialization and commercialization have evolved technology, which accelerates the rate at which we’re forced to interact with each other, regardless of geographical location or culture. It’s exciting! We’re now communicating with people we might judge negatively if we were to meet, say, at a cafe, an amusement park, a nightclub. But we haven’t had a chance to get properly acquainted. We don’t understand each other’s language, as in culture, spiritual beliefs, sense of humor, morality… It’s like a tawdry one-night-stand. We’re strangers, but we’re here together. We’re connected in ways we never realized. If we don’t learn how to get along and play nice, we’re going to burn out like a bad love affair.
Just my two cents.
